Top Jobs Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Van Driver to join a dynamic operations team in Tipton. As the face of the business, you will be responsible for collections at customers houses, therefore you will be the face of the company delivering excellent customer service.
The role is working for a busy Transportation and Logistics client specialising in recycling waste.
Must be strong as solo Heavy Lifting is involved in this role.
SALARY
* Rate: £28,000/year
* Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours

DUTIES
* Vehicle Oversight: Ensuring all goods are safely loaded, secured, and distributed.
* Manual Handling: Executing the loading and unloading of the vehicle (requires heavy lifting).
* Operational Admin: Completion of all essential collection and delivery paperwork.
* Customer Relations: Representing the brand professionally at every customer touchpoint.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience: Previous commercial van driving experience is essential.
* Physicality: High level of physical fitness to manage heavy objects and manual tasks.
* Compliance: Valid driver's license for a minimum of 1 year with no more than 3 penalty points.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
* Must be over the age of 25 due to insurance purposes
