Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Area Manager to oversee and drive operational and financial performance across multiple branches in Dorset. This on-site role involves managing and mentoring branch teams, meeting sales targets, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Area Manager will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the overall success of their assigned territory.

* Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
