Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team, Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a globally dispersed team with daily line and performance management
* Ensure all team members consistently follow processes and standards operating procedures
* To act as the primary point of contact for both client and internal escalations
* Conduct regular team and individual one to one meetings
* Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for Healthcare professionals inline with industry regulations
Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team, Skills Required:
* Varied role that requires a Team Lead with strong leadership skills who can influence, mentor and guide a team
* Previous background within a TMC as a Team Leader or Supervisor, working experience specifically on Pharma Accounts required
* Native Sabre experience, with an understanding of re-issues, exchanges and changes.
* Strong understanding of corporate and Pharma travel policy and compliance
* Detail-driven, organised and process-focused
* A collaborative team player with a strong client service mindset

* £50,000–£53,000 salary (DOE)
