We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier Design team, based at our Speke office with the flexibility to work nationwide. In this role, you'll deliver high quality project management services and support programme management for both internal and external clients. You'll work in line with our quality management system and standard procedures, using our project management handbook and MSP methodology unless client requirements call for a tailored approach. Location : Nationwide Hours : 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year £5.9k annual car allowance private healthcare benefits What will you be responsible for? As Project Manager you'll be working within our Architecture & Building Consultancy team, defining project scope, capture client requirements, and identify key drivers and critical success factors. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans using our standard Excel-based workbook, but occasionally presenting them as formal written documents depending on project needs and client expectations. Your day to day will include: Stakeholder management, including development, maintenance and implementation of stakeholder engagement & communications plans The facilitation of risk workshops, development and maintenance of risk registers and issue logs Project budget & resource management Development of business cases, including review of options for project finance / funding Development and implementation, within client's governance arrangements, of procurement strategies What are we looking for? This role of Project Manager is great if you have: Hold a degree-level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a construction related discipline, along with APM PMQ or an equivalent project management certification Association for Project Management (APM) PMQ6 or equivalent PM qualification Proven experience delivering medium-high complexity projects services across multiple built environment including some experience of contract administration and contractor procurement Rewards and benefits We're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
