* Basic salary: £27,000 – £29,000
* OTE: £30,000 – £33,000
Senior Recruitment Consultants
* Basic salary: £31,500
* OTE: £35,000 – £37,000

What you’ll be doing
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
* Winning new business and building long-term partnerships within the driving sector.
* Attracting, interviewing, and selecting top talent using multiple channels.
* Hitting achievable sales and performance targets with full training and support.
* Providing excellent aftercare for both clients and candidates.

Working Hours
