Trainee Assessor - Health & Social Care\n\nLocation: Cardiff (Head Office)\n Contract: Full-time, Permanent\n Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:30\n Salary: £24,638 - £25,709\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe're looking for a Trainee Assessor to support apprenticeship learners in Health & Social Care. You'll provide structured guidance, assess workplace evidence, and help learners achieve their qualifications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport learners throughout their apprenticeship journey\nTravel to workplaces across the region for assessments\nCreate Individual Learning Plans and track progress\nMaintain accurate records for compliance\nContribute to performance targets and learner success\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nEssential:\n\nOccupational experience in Health & Social Care\nQCF level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)\nFull UK driving licence and own vehicle\nDBS check (cost covered)\nDesirable:\n\nWelsh language skills\nTeaching/assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)\nEWC registration or prior training experience\n\nBenefits\n\n30 days annual leave (increasing with service)\nHealthcare scheme\n35-hour wo...
