Job description 📍 Carlisle, Cumbria 💷 £13.27 per hour ⏰40- 45 hours per week / Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 The Company; Riverside Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client, based at their Carlisle depot. They are the UK’s leading fitted furniture and wardrobe specialist, creating bespoke made to order pieces. The Role: Is Immediate Start. The working day starts at 5am, standard 9 hour day, with runs/days running longer dependant on delivery locations, with approximately 4-5 deliveries per day. Our client is a much-loved brand, and due to an increase in demand, we are looking for Class 2 Drivers to support their busy operation based in Carlisle, delivering all over the North. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an excellent working environment and supportive team culture. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering fitted furniture and wardrobes, carrying into customers homes. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be an integral part of the business, spending a lot of time working a team of 2 or 3 on the road.
