Your Role in a Nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by supervising and coaching customer consultants, both in their presence and in their absence. Demonstrate exceptional customer service, uphold company policies, protect brand integrity, and embody The Body Shop's values and vision.
More About the Role
Customer Experience: Independently work with minimal supervision, handle customer concerns effectively, support store layout and inventory management, and coach team members to deliver outstanding service. Be an ambassador for The Body Shop campaigns.
Delivery: Understand sales trends, use storytelling to enhance customer engagement, adapt to retail changes, operate multiple systems, meet sales targets, and assist with recruitment. Perform opening and closing procedures according to operational standards.
Teamwork and People Management: Be a supportive team player, adaptable to change, assist in training new staff, and attract and retain talent that reflects the brand.
