We are an established and growing business in LE18 seeking an Administrator to join our small, friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support mortgage advisers and deliver a seamless experience for clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting mortgage advisers with application processing from submission to completion
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress applications efficiently
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations
* Managing diaries, chasing updates, and keeping all parties informed
* General admin duties to help keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in mortgage administration, financial services, or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a professional, proactive approach
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* A team player who enjoys being part of a small, supportive office culture
