A progressive and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school is part of a well-established multi-academy trust, offering strong collaboration, shared expertise, and clear pathways for development.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs
* Adapt learning materials to suit individual learning styles
* Encourage independence and confidence in pupils
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
Essential Job Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEND
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach
* Strong communication skills
* Passion for inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
