What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to stakeholders including Finance, Regulators, and C-level leaders. Own and manage over 20 self-service reporting applications, ensuring accessibility and efficiency across the business. Lead transformation initiatives in automation, process improvement, and advanced analytics, driving operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of more than 700,000 accounts. Foster a culture of curiosity, customer-centricity, and technical excellence.
Who You Are
You have a proven track record of leading, motivating, and coaching high-performing data and operations teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, guiding teams through change with resilience and adaptability. Technically, you have deep expertise in data engineering, data science, and automation, with hands-on experience using Tableau, Alteryx, PowerApps, Python, and AWS. You excel at delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure, ensuring performance and compliance. Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy industry and its regulatory landscape, supported by a degree or equivalent practical experience.
