Our team in Truro, Cornwall, are recruiting for an experienced Life Skills Worker to join them in guiding a diverse client group. You will be responsible for promoting life skills to our service users to encourage a positive exit from the service. If you are passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be a compassionate and motivated individual with the ability to connect quickly with the people we support and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of working with substance misuse service users, as well as experience of delivering successful training or other group activities to clients and peers. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our service users and staff.
