Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Redditch
£40,000- £45,000 per annum depending on your experience
Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a stand-alone role where you can truly take ownership of the finance function?
We’re currently seeking a confident and proactive Management Accountant to join our team in Redditch. This is a pivotal role, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys being hands-on with all aspects of the management accounts process.
Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the end-to-end monthly management accounts process
Prepare and post journals, accruals, and prepayments
Conduct daily banking reconciliations and ensure accurate cash position reporting
Manage and forecast Euro cash flow to support business operations
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insight and reporting
Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures
Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor queriesThe successful Management Accountant will have the following skills and experience
Qualified or QBE (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a standalone Management Accountant role
Strong understanding of end-to-end management accounting processes
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
