We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head chef to join our team in a diverse, multi-outlet tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. 22 Bishopsgate features two Cafés; a stunning Restaurant; Executive dining and four food outlets catering for up to 1500 covers daily. In addition, we host events and provide hospitality catering within the building. The Head Chef will efficiently run the day to day management of the restaurant and the four food outlets on level 2, as well as the retail food offered at the cafés. The ideal candidate will need to be an inspiring leader, coach and general operational superstar. Senior enough to oversee a small team in multiple areas and hands on to lead by example. We’re looking for an experienced individual in a similar role or with the desire to step up with multi-outlet experience.
