Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Senior Account Executive with strong knowledge of the insurance and price comparison markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent emotional intelligence to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships. This role requires a highly organised, commercially aware professional who can manage and hold internal teams and external partners accountable. Duties include administrative and governance tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and high operational standards. Knowledge of travel and pet insurance is a plus.
Most partners are based in London, so accessibility is essential. The role includes around two monthly face-to-face meetings and quarterly visits to West Wales, with remote working otherwise.

Strong insurance industry knowledge and awareness of the price comparison website (PCW) market.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills - a friendly and affable personality that fosters strong relationships.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decisions.
Highly organised with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of applying influencing and creative thinking skills to resolve service-level issues or business change challenges.
Accountability & Delivery: Ability to secure commitment to goals and hold partners accountable for delivering agreed outcomes.
Commercial Awareness: Understanding of business metrics and performance drivers.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret insights from BI tools effectively.Desirable Skills
