Customer Support Adviser

Are you a passionate, charismatic customer service professional looking to make a difference? We are recruiting for a Customer Support Adviser to join our team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. You will be working as part of the customer support team, dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and email, and providing an efficient and professional service to our customers, ensuring an excellent experience every time. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and people skills.

Requirements:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre
* Ability to build strong working relationships and be a team player
* Commitment to upholding Saxon Weald’s values
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working in a call centre or similar environment
* Experience in social housing or similar sector (preferred)

Additional Information:
