Our Safeguarding & Support Teams Our service comprises six teams across three locality offices: South Locality, North Locality, and Central Locality. Each team includes a Team Manager, Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and Family Support Workers. Our restorative approach to social work is embedded in our team culture, emphasising collaboration and reflection. Senior managers are readily available for guidance, especially in complex cases.
