Job Description
At Finning, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining top-notch warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Operative you will support both internal and external customers by ensuring the correct parts are stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries, correctly identifying and labelling goods to ensure they reach the right destination.
* Accurately pick, pack, and ship all part orders to meet customer needs.
* Dispatch and deliver parts through various courier networks.
* Ensure parts are located in a timely manner and in the correct location.
* Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) efficiently.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Proficient IT skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
* Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) principles.
* Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence.
* Warehouse experience is desirable.
