John Banks Group is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take responsibility for shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across multiple automotive brands. You will oversee website management, campaign delivery, and manufacturer-led activity while driving innovation across creative content, social media and customer engagement. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the project management, planning, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across all John Banks Group brands Overseeing and updating website content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to manufacturer standards Auditing and managing website content to maintain franchise alignment, presenting updates and ROI to manufacturer representatives and directors as required Managing external agencies and partners, ensuring consistent franchise standards and building strong, long-term relationships Directing and coordinating creative content production using the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring accuracy, impact, and brand consistency Working closely with the dedicated social media team member to align campaigns with wider strategy and support career development Collaborating with directors and the Business Development Manager to manage and deliver marketing campaigns in line with business objectives Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing clear insights Leading and mentoring our second marketing team member, fostering collaboration and preparing for future departmental growth Driving continuous improvement and ensuring the group remains at the forefront of digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies What We’re Looking For: 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role (automotive or retail experience desirable) Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and agencies Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to ensure consistent delivery of manufacturer standards Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and website CMS platforms (WordPress, NetDirector, DealerWeb) Experience in campaign planning, creative content production, and performance analysis Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Commercially focused with the ability to deliver measurable value Forward-thinking, adaptable, and eager to keep pace with evolving digital marketing trends and automotive manufacturer demands.
