An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tenancy Coordinator to join a well-established housing team on an interim basis, with the potential for longer-term work.This role offers a varied and hands-on caseload, ideal for someone confident in managing tenancies and dealing with complex housing issues.
Your new role
Salary: £30,700 per annum (approx. £15.74 per hour)
Contract: Interim (initial 2 months with potential to extend)
Hours: Full-time preferred
Hybrid/agile working available
* Regular estate visits and community engagement required
* Office presence needed for duty coverage and team support
* Managing a designated housing patch
* Handling tenancy and neighbourhood management issues
* Investigating and managing ASB cases
* Working closely with partner agencies and support services
* Conducting estate inspections and customer visits
* Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in tenancy or neighbourhood housing management
* Strong knowledge of ASB processes and housing legislation
* Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
* Confident working independently and engaging with residents
