About the Role
As a Part-Time Accountant, you’ll take responsibility for preparing accounts for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. You’ll also assist with VAT returns, management accounts, and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring every client receives a high‑quality, accurate, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare year‑end accounts for a mixed client portfolio.
* Complete VAT returns and management accounts.
* Carry out bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
* Review and support the work of junior team members.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Assist with tax computations and respond to accounting queries.
About You
You’re an experienced accounts professional who thrives in a busy practice environment and enjoys taking ownership of your workload. You’re confident, detail‑oriented, and dedicated to delivering the best service to your clients.
You’ll need:
* Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks.
* Experience with Nomi software (desirable – training can be provided).
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* The ability to manage your own workload effectively and meet deadlines.
