Customer Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

The Customer Supply Chain & Logistics Manager is responsible for executing operational and strategic priorities related to the end-to-end movement of goods and supply to customers. This role ensures product availability across the ANZ market and drives efficiencies and cost reductions within the supply chain through effective management of team, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve performance targets by driving process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimization in supply, inbound logistics, 3PL operations, and customer service.
2. Identify and implement initiatives to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
3. Manage 3PL relationships with warehousing, transport, and freight forwarders, and collaborate on joint cost initiatives with the TSC group.
4. Ensure safety and compliance across the supply chain by maintaining appropriate systems and processes.
5. Meet KPIs related to service levels and implement improvement actions as needed.
6. Coordinate with Supply Planning Teams locally and in Poland to identify and mitigate supply issues for medium to long-term planning.
7. Prioritize a customer-centric supply chain, fostering trusted partnerships that create mutual value.
8. Oversee customer service operations, including setting performance standards, tracking order fulfillment, managing teams, and resolving issues proactively.
9. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and develop initiatives that enhance customer experience.
10. Promote a customer-centric culture, encouraging collaboration and problem-solving across departments to improve end-to-end customer experience.
11. Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including handling emails and calls professionally.
12. Lead customer supply chain relationships, ensuring top-tier execution, managing events, and delivering on joint business plans.
13. Foster an environment focused on career development, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, while meeting operational standards.
14. Manage staff performance through goal setting, coaching, development, and succession planning.
15. Cultivate a safety and quality culture, ensuring compliance and high standards across processes and products.
16. Build strong relationships within the Tea Supply Chain and the broader business to influence and optimize supply chain performance.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Degree in Business or a related field.
* Experience managing logistics and third-party providers.
* Background in senior planning or purchasing roles, preferably in consumer goods.
* Project management skills.
* Results-oriented with energy and passion for the business.
* Technical and operational expertise in a high-performance, customer-focused environment.
* Understanding of supply chain integration and current logistics practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and MRP systems.
