The role involves creating an engaging retail theatre and being the first point of contact with customers to sculpt a remarkable brand experience.
Responsibilities
* Product Expertise: Become an authority on Dyson products, understanding their features, benefits, and applications. Share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchase decisions.
* Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing a personalized and welcoming experience. Listen to their needs, answer questions, and offer tailored solutions.
* Sales and Product Demonstrations: Promote and demonstrate Dyson products to drive sales and generate excitement.
* Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment with well-displayed products.
* Stock Management: Track inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report inventory discrepancies.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and work with external retail partners to create best-in-class experiences.
