About the role
· Team Leader do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which ensures our residents receive high quality care and support.
· You will develop person centred support plans based on risk assessment and resident’s preferences and undertake regular reviews, support staff with training and development needs, effectively lead shifts, whilst supporting in the overall smooth running of the home.
· As a Team Leader you will provide leadership and management to the care staff team, whilst ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care and support in line with their individually assessed needs.
· Leading on process and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective running of the service / care home will also form a large part of your role.
