Role: New Business Administrator


Location: Hainault, Essex

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a respected independent estate agency based in Essex who are seeking a driven and enthusiastic New Business Administrator to join their growing team.


This is an entry-level, full-time office-based role with full training provided – no prior experience or driving licence needed. Just a positive attitude, great phone manner, and a hunger to succeed!


Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact: answer incoming calls and handle viewing requests

• Ask the right questions to uncover wider client needs (e.g. selling, letting, mortgage advice)

• Manage the office diary and schedule appointments for viewings and valuations

• Update and maintain client records on the system

• Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams


Requirements:

• A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills

• A professional, approachable personality and a drive to succeed

• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy office

• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases)

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the company


Salary:

• £23,500 + performance incentives
