Requirements
* 2:2 or higher in a Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Water Engineering related degree by September 2026; no prior experience required.
* Drive to produce excellent results and continuously improve relationships, outputs, and processes.
* Adaptability within different environments.
* Ability to analyse, understand and produce detailed information accurately.
* Creative and innovative thinking.
* Team player and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Undertaking feasibility studies and developing detailed design for capital projects.
* Developing project management skills and managing internal and external stakeholders when leading on projects.
* Working with Capital Partners and the wider supply chain to deliver projects.
* Opportunity to attain professional membership (e.g., Chartered Engineer).
* Opportunity to work with industry leaders at various events.
Development
* Participation in sessions that develop high‑impact habits: Communicate with impact, Resilience, Personal Branding, Time Management.
