Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the organisation. This is a true generalist position, offering variety and scope for development. You will provide professional HR advice, ensurepliance with employment legislation, and contribute to projects that enhance employee engagement and organisational culture. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing onboarding, and supporting performance and development initiatives. You will also assist with payroll administration and provide cover when required, maintain accurate HR records, and produce reports. In addition, you will lead or contribute to HR projects such as well-being, diversity and inclusion, and ESG initiatives, while collaborating with stakeholders to support organisational change and succession planning. This position is based in Lisburn and offers hybrid working options.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
2. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
3. Experience in payroll administration
4. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
6. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Desirable:
8. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
9. Exposure to HR projects or change management
