The Role As HR Assistant, you'll support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record-keeping, and training administration. Acting as a first point of contact for staff, you'll help foster a positive workplace while ensuring HR practices run smoothly and compliantly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Support employees and managers with HR policies and queries. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare basic reports.
