What We’re Looking For Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification – essential. Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader, or similar leadership role in an early years setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and best practice in early childhood education. A genuine passion for supporting children’s development in a nurturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Support the nursery’s SEN provision and take steps towards SENCO responsibilities.
