Are you a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Venue Manager to take the reins of our client's busy, vibrant restaurant located in a truly beautiful setting.
Venue Manager - What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading from the front : You'll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers, clearing tables, solving problems, and motivating your team.
* Team Management : Oversee and support a skilled team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
* Operational Excellence : Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to manage stock effectively, reduce food waste, and control cleaning and operational costs.
* Rota Planning : Create and manage staff rotas to ensure the restaurant is always adequately staffed, especially during peak times.
* Hands-on Approach : We’re looking for someone who’s resilient, doesn’t mind grafting, and is fully available in the afternoons to lead from the floor.

* Previous management experience in a restaurant or F&B environment is essential.
