Housing Support & Inclusion Officer Full-time, Office Based We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Housing Support & Inclusion Officer to help prevent homelessness and support households in finding and sustaining long-term housing. Key Responsibilities Support households to remain in their homes and prevent homelessness Assist those in temporary or emergency accommodation to secure longer-term housing Provide housing advice across private, social, and family arrangements Carry out home visits and work in community settings Collaborate with landlords, partner agencies, and support services Help customers maximise income, resolve benefit issues, and develop budgeting skills Record accurate case notes and maintain effective data collection What We're Looking For Experience in customer service and working with the public Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to motivate and engage customers Resilience and ability to work under pressure Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle during working hours Enhanced DBS check Flexible to travel when needed
