Qualifications
* GCSE Grade C/4 or above or equivalent in English & Maths
* NVQ level 3 qualification
* Working within a school and team environment
* Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time to ensure deadlines are met
* Able to communicate effectively
* Ability to work independently with a good awareness of when to take initiative and when to check and confirm actions
* Ability to work well under pressure and to respect sensitive and confidential information
