The Role As an Early Years SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative, sensory-based lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of children with a range of SEN, including autism, developmental delays, and communication difficulties. Develop and implement personalised learning and care plans in collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families. Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment that promotes emotional security and positive routines.
