The role involves proactive and reactive work, adherence to safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on client assets. - Follow instructions from the Manager or Operations Supervisor for work tasks. - Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and site procedures. - Complete job sheets, PPM forms, and site reports daily, ensuring they are signed by the client and submitted within the working day. - Act as the first point of contact with clients during site visits. - Book on and off-site according to client procedures. - Wear appropriate PPE at all times during duty. - Maintain and report on the condition of company vehicles and equipment. - Report accidents, incidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors. - Maintain a functional mobile phone and ensure communication is effective. - Work additional hours in emergency situations, following risk assessments. - Attend engineering and safety meetings as required. - Lead and mentor junior s...
