We are looking for an experienced and responsible IT Supervisor to manage the company’s information systems and day-to-day IT operations. This role covers system operation, local IT support, and coordination with the Group IT team to ensure stable system performance and effective implementation of global IT standards.
Responsible for the basic operation and maintenance of the company’s information systems (ERP, POS, etc.), including but not limited to system structure maintenance, account and workflow configuration, access and data security management
Coordinate and implement IT construction projects, monitor quality, collect feedback from business departments, and organise project documentation for knowledge sharing
Prepare and maintain user manuals for information systems, provide training and support, and continuously follow up on training and system usage to improve operational efficiency
Combine Group IT experience and standards with local business needs, assisting in the localisation and implementation of standard procedures
Handle office and store desktop support, resolve daily IT issues, and manage procurement and inventory of IT equipment and consumables
Complete other administrative tasks assigned by management and regularly report to and communicate with the Group IT department
Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of IT experience
Experience in desktop IT operations and maintenance for office and store environments, including installation and configuration of IT equipment
Project management experience, capable of independently completing small-scale projects including requirement review, implementation, and maintenance
Strong data management, documentation, and analysis skills
Experience in low-voltage or IT infrastructure implementation in retail environments is an advantage
Chinese communication ability is an advantage
