Job Responsibilities:

* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance and improve digital experiences
* Propose, contribute to, and verifying multivariate testing and targeting/personalization strategies in the planning phase of client projects
* Have experience working in digital activation teams and working with clients to understand their business needs for optimisation & measurment.
* Work with other Accenture colleagues in data, analytics, media, technology, processes and our clients’ agencies to transform or improve marketing operations and performance
* Develop customer segmentation strategies, then using cluster analysis, predictive modeling and leading-edge analytical techniques to deliver the segmentation
* Produce test plans to define scope & constraints of tests. Show how success is measured and how it ties to business objectives. Monitor in-life tests to determine final outcome
* Support and participate in client presentations and planning sessions documenting required next steps plus explaining and presenting statistical based project results from optimization activities
* Have a well-developed knowledge of web analytics and optimization technologies, processes, and trends.
* Support teams through all phases of a project lifecycle including developing RFPs, proposals, contracts, planning, discovery, workshops, experiments, blueprints, go live etc.
* Develop digital marketing strategies for our clients including defining the opportunity, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy
* Produce final analysis documentation for each test completed, including fresh concepts to feed the roadmap
Job Requirements:
*
* Ability to work within a multi-functional (analytics/technical/marketing) team on multiple projects, managing timelines and communicating risks/issues
* Digital analytics tools using industry-wide technologies (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
* Experience and understanding of analytics for content websites.
* Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
* High numerACY with strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive insight from analytics
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and how digital data is captured across channels (including web sites, paid and organic search, display media, email, social media).
* Hands-on experience in website structures to aid the delivery of implementation.
* Strong background in reporting and visualisations.
* User experience design, information architecture, agile web development processes, content management and social collaboration tools
* Experience in defining and implementing measurement and optimisation strategies
* Strong business acumen and content understanding.
