Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Uncapped Earning Potential!! (basic salary of £25,000 per annum, uncapped commission with OTE of £45,000 plus Company Car!)
Working hours: (44 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 08:45 to 18:00, Saturday 08:45 to 17:00, and Sunday 11:00 to 15:00 (with a day off midweek and Sundays on rota basis)

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. An opportunity to utilise your customer service skills and provide exceptional experiences to our customers. Previous automotive experience is desirable but not essential; we provide full support and training, including Lookers sales process training from Day 1. At Sheffield Ford, our Sales Advisors specialize in Used car sales, adhering to our FCA regulated sales process. You will be the primary contact for customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and administration skills are key to success. A full UK driving licence is essential as you may drive prestigious vehicles.
Responsibilities / Key Skills
* Communicating effectively through all channels to maintain high customer service levels
* Listening to customer needs and suggesting suitable vehicles
* Arranging and accompanying test drives
* Negotiating final sale prices
* Completing relevant paperwork for each sale
* Following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintaining standards to meet KPIs
