Salary: Band 5 with an On Target Earnings between £32,100 - £39,075, subject to experience.
Main duties of the job:
Our technicians are supported by a dedicated management team structure, ensuring our team has everything available to maximize vehicle throughput and reduce workshop delays and supply chain frustrations.
With over 1150 vehicles across the entire fleet, each day offers variety and opportunities for our technicians to enjoy their working environment with like-minded people.
The hours of work are in line with the current shift system, split across two teams, spanning a seven-day week.
The working week for each team is 37.5 hours over a two-week cycle, typically consisting of 4 days on shift in week one and 3 days in week two.

Person specification:
Qualifications and Education:
* City and Guilds certificate in motor vehicle technology or NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications and experience.
* Minimum 3 GCSEs or equivalent.
* Full Driving License.
* Driving License C1 + D1 (Work towards).
* MOT Tester certification.
