Much Marcle CE Primary School is seeking an inspirational and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join our warm, welcoming and inclusive primary school community. Working closely with the Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment in which both pupils and staff flourish. As part of the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust, the Deputy Headteacher will also benefit from being part of a wider family of schools, with access to strong professional networks, leadership development and central support, while remaining firmly rooted in the life and community of Much Marcle.
