They’re looking for Production Assistant with 3 years of experience within womenswear (preferably) who lives and breathes fashion — someone obsessed with detail, unflappable under pressure, and ready to bring some serious vibes to a fast-paced, creative production team. I
What You’ll Do
* Own the process — from placing fabric orders and coordinating deliveries to keeping everything running like clockwork between factories and the warehouse.
* Keep suppliers, shippers, and production partners in perfect sync (nothing gets past you).
* Approve strike-offs and lab dips alongside the Head of Production to make sure every colour and texture hits just right.
* Manage fabric testing, chase down samples, and keep the Production Schedule looking sharp.
* Prepare pricing sheets and factory POs, juggling fabrics, duties, and numbers like a pro.
* Connect with the Wholesale team to make sure handovers flow and deadlines hit.
* Handle UK and international deliveries via DHL, UPS, and others — you know how to keep things moving.
* Keep records, rails, and swatches on point — your organisation game is strong.
* Support your team in busy moments and bring your creative energy every day.
