Role Overview
You will deliver personal care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring dignity, respect, and wellbeing. This includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and engaging patients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Support meal preparation and nutrition
* Assist with manual handling and patient transfers
* Monitor and document patient health and behaviour
* Engage patients in activities to improve wellbeing
* Accompany patients to appointments or social activities
* Maintain a clean and safe environment
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in care work, especially domiciliary care
* Strong understanding of patient care principles
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks
* Empathy, patience, and genuine desire to help others
* Female candidate (role-specific requirement)
* Must drive and own a car
