Brand Ambassador – In-Store Sampler (Food & Alcohol) for the Retail Sampling & Branded Events Team. We are recruiting confident Brand Ambassadors to deliver engaging in-store sampling and branded experiences for leading food and alcohol brands. Package: £14.34/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives
Contract: Zero Hours
Days: Shifts are ad-hoc and occur only between Thursday and Sunday during peak retail hours.
Shifts: 10:30am - 3:30pm or 12 - 5pm
Location: Horsham
Your Mission as a Retail Sampler
As the face of our premium clients, you will:
* Engage Shoppers - Offer product samples and confidently promote food, drink, and alcohol products
* Drive Sales - Use excellent product knowledge and communication to increase in-store sales
* Representation - Create fun, memorable customer interactions while representing premium brands
Responsibilities
* Engage shoppers with product samples and promote food, drink, and alcohol products
* Deliver branded experiences aligned with client expectations
* Provide a positive, informative, and compliant customer experience during sampling events
Qualifications
* Confident, outgoing communicators
* Reliability, professionalism, and someone comfortable sampling alcohol when required
* Experience in Promotions, Retail, Hospitality, Events, or Customer Service is helpful but not essential
