* Operate as an independently running consultant while benefiting from the strength and reach of the MWA brand and team.
* Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and assignments, shaping your desk according to your expertise.
* Leverage a broad international network across Europe to accelerate business development and deepen market access.
* Work within a boutique environment where autonomy, maturity, and high‑quality work are central to the culture.
* Collaborate with a supportive team that shares knowledge, provides insight, and values thoughtful, detailed search work.
* Enjoy a hybrid working model designed around trust, flexibility, and personal ownership.
