3. Prepare and present monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis.
4. Support budget preparation and forecasting processes to aid strategic planning.
5. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
6. Oversee cash flow management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
7. Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
9. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as needed.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
12. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
13. Proven experience in management accounting within the Manufacturing industry
14. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
15. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
