We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Desk Administrator, ideally based in Bracknell or the surrounding area, to work alongside one of our high end clients. This role is essential to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the service desk, with a strong focus on job scheduling, engineer coordination, customer communication, and the effective use of BigChange job management system.
