Overview
New Business Field Sales Executive (Regional Account Manager) role at Rubix UKII. This position focuses on driving share of wallet, generating new business, and building strong customer relationships within a defined patch. You will work with manufacturers, suppliers and internal product specialists to improve customer value and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Build customer relationships within your patch and identify new customers to grow and develop, increasing customer spend.
* Drive new business growth and manage your sales pipeline, delivering an exceptional level of service to customers.
* Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers and internal product specialists to improve customers\' operations by reducing costs and improving production efficiency.
* Ensure customers have the parts, spares and PPE and tools they need to remain operational.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade environment preferred; full training will be provided.
* Strong team player and hungry to sell.
