Role Overview
To support the Project Director in coordinating and monitoring the planning, execution and delivery of stadium construction activities. The incumbent ensures that work packages are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards, while gaining exposure to project leadership responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
1. Assist the Project Director in planning, monitoring, and controlling day-to-day project activities.
2. Coordinate with construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress and resolve issues.
3. Support the preparation of progress reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes for management and client review.
4. Monitor program milestones and flag potential delays or risks for corrective action.
5. Assist in managing cost tracking, variations, and contract documentation with the commercial team.
6. Participate in site inspections and quality reviews with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance.
