• Establishes scope of work for project or proposal, allocates and directs staff

• Develops design solutions according to requirements, to deliver products, equipment, materials, etc. of the highest standard.
• Directs scheduling, cost control and technical conformance during design phase of projects

• Supervises delivery of subcontracted design engineering.
• Provide appropriate HSSE leadership including compliance with site and office safety requirements and technical/design safety requirement.
Minimum Qualifications:
ISCED Level 6 Bachelors (minimum), Level 7 Masters (preferred) or Level 8 Doctorate (desirable) Degree in engineering discipline, alternatively, tertiary level education combined with suitable industry experience can be used to demonstrate equivalence
Chartership or relevant professional license/registration preferred
