The Royal College of Paramedics (RCoP) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our national programme of professional development events.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and engaging our members through high-quality in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of RCoP events, ensuring they are engaging, well-managed, and aligned with our strategic priorities. You will also line manage the Events Assistant and oversee event budgets and income generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver an annual programme of events
* Manage event logistics, budgets, and suppliers
* Lead on event related income generation and continuous improvement
* Line manage and support the Events Assistant
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
You will be an organised and proactive events professional with:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Proven experience delivering large-scale and virtual events
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent organisational and budgeting abilities
* Confidence using online event platforms and CRM systems
