My client is a fast-paced, innovative events company delivering exceptional experiences across festivals, corporate events, live music, and private functions. With a strong reputation for quality and creativity, they operate bars at a wide range of venues and events throughout the year — and ware looking for an experienced, dynamic Multi-Site Bars Manager to take charge and drive excellence across all there bar operations.
The Role:
As our Multi-Site Bars Manager, you'll oversee the planning, setup, staffing, compliance, and delivery of high-volume bar services at multiple event locations. You'll be the strategic lead on all bar-related operations, ensuring consistency in service, profitability, and compliance, while leading and inspiring on-site teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee bar operations across multiple event sites
* Recruit, train, and lead bar teams and events managers ensuring exceptional service standards
* This is a hands on role so you will look after stock take, mange wastwage and bar cleaning each week making sure standards are kept high.
* Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and alcohol regulations
* Monitor supplier deliveries, and ordering each week
* Oversee events as an events manager.
* Ensure brand consistency and uphold the company’s values across all events
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience managing multiple bar sites preferably in events or hospitality
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and logistical abilities
* Full understanding of licensing laws and health & safety practices
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Willingness work evenings/weekends as required by event schedules
* Personal Licence Holder (preferred)
